Women's Retreat
Please join us for an uplifting and encouraging 2024 Weems Creek Women’s Ministry retreat at Camp Wabanna in Edgewater, MD the evening of Friday, May 3 to the afternoon of Saturday, May 4.
Our theme this year is, “How Do You Spell Joy? ABIDE with Christ.” We’ll hear from Gail Sadler and the retreat will be an energizing time of worship, fellowship, and discipleship. We’ll also experience great food, fun, and relaxation (there will be no dishes to wash or laundry to fold, hooray!).
All women ages ninth grade and up are invited! Bring a family member or friend! Registration is required and the deadline is Friday, April 26. Sign up at the Connect Center or on our website. Cost is $60 per attendant. (Participants do not have to sleep overnight.)
The start time on Friday, May 3 is at 5:30 p.m. The event will wrap on Saturday, May 4 by 1 p.m. The address for Camp Wabanna is: 101 Likes Rd, Edgewater, MD 21037

VBS 2024
VBS starts this June from the 23rd to the 27th. Kids will be challenged as they discover that God’s truth never changes, everyone needs Jesus, and learn to speak the truth in love. Adventure awaits each day as kids explore tide pools, spot orcas, fly kites, and watch the mighty waves crash up against the immovable Breaker Rock!
